Grateful PrintsInvestors Request Meeting

Investor overview

The printing industry is fragmented. We're building the connection.

Grateful Prints is building infrastructure around the printing economy: a marketplace, a digital store, an operating system for print businesses and a local partner network. Live today, starting in Iligan City, Philippines.

The problem

One print job.
Too many separate stops.

Without a connected platform, a customer coordinates each step separately, with different businesses and chats.

We are building infrastructure around the printing economy, not another printing app. Each engine serves a different part of that economy, and all four run on the same accounts, orders, payments and delivery.

Engine 1 · Grateful Prints Marketplace

Demand meets the businesses that can make it.

The marketplace connects people who need printing and creative products with print shops, designers and crafters who can fulfill them.

Grateful Prints does not need to own every press. It sends demand to the businesses that already have the machines and the skills.

Engine 2 · Grateful Prints Digital Store

Digital products, delivered online.

The Digital Store at gratefulprints.store sells designs as files. Customers pay online and download them. It runs on the same platform and accounts as the app.

What it sells

  • Editable templates
  • Invitation and event designs
  • Calendar design bundles
  • Mockups and print-ready files
  • Creative bundles

Why it matters

  • No physical inventory to hold
  • Delivery is a download, not a trip
  • Designers earn from work they create once
  • The catalog grows as more designers join

Early: the Store catalog is small today. Growing it is part of designer recruitment.

Engine 3 · GP Operating System

An operating system for modern print businesses.

GP OS is its own product, separate from the marketplace. It runs a print shop's day: orders, production, team, stock and money. It works on its own, and it can connect to Grateful Prints when the shop wants marketplace orders.

Private pilot Live with one partner print shop in Iligan City. Not yet generally available.

Engine 4 · Partner and fulfillment network

Every participant has a place.

Customers create demand. Print shops fulfill print jobs, designers turn ideas into print-ready files, crafters make personalized products, and riders bring finished orders to customers. Grateful Prints coordinates the work.

Why now

Every piece already exists.

Printing demand, print businesses, designers, makers, riders and digital payments are already part of everyday Philippine commerce. What is missing is one system that lets them work together.

  • 99.63%

of registered business establishments in the Philippines are micro, small and medium enterprises. The print shops, designers and crafters we serve are among them.

    Source: DTI, 2024 MSME Statistics
  • 98.0M

people in the Philippines use the internet, so customers can already order online.

Source: DataReportal, Digital 2026: The Philippines
  • 64.69%

of retail payments in the Philippines are digital, by number of transactions (53.32% by value).

Source: Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, 2025 Report on E-payments Measurement

We do not publish a printing market size. No reliable figure exists for it yet, and we would rather show what we can verify.

Competitive difference

Why Grateful Prints is different

We want print businesses to become part of the ecosystem.

  1. Five roles. One platform.Customers, print shops, designers, crafters and riders use the same app, and one account can switch roles.
  2. Working product.Live on web, Android and iOS, with online payments and order tracking.
  3. Partner-first economics.Free accounts, one fee rate per partner type, and the platform earns only when a paid order is completed.
  4. Local fulfillment.Orders are produced by nearby partners and picked up or delivered by local riders.
  5. Physical and digital.Prints, merch, design services and downloadable templates in one marketplace.
  6. Built close to the operator. The founder builds the platform himself, so business decisions and product changes sit close together.

People-first mission

We build the people first, and people build the business.

Grateful Prints is designed to bring existing print shops, designers, creators and delivery partners into one shared ecosystem, not to replace them. It is a business choice as much as a value: partners bring their own equipment, skills and local customers, so the network can grow without Grateful Prints owning every press.

We collaborate, not compete.

Founder story

Why I built Grateful Prints

My goal was bigger than another printing business. I wanted to help the people around printing grow: customers who need things made, print shops, designers, makers and the riders who deliver.

The skills and businesses were already here in Iligan. What was missing was a simple way for them to find each other and work together. So I started building that connection myself, and I still build the platform today.

The whole point of business is to help and develop people.

From platform to printing infrastructure

Our vision is a trusted nationwide printing ecosystem where customers and local service providers grow through technology, collaboration, shared opportunities and community impact. Investor FAQ

Straight answers

Is the product live, or is this a concept?

The product is live. Customers order on the web app, on Android through Google Play and on iPhone through the App Store, and partners manage those orders in the same platform. You can open it yourself from this page.

How does Grateful Prints make money?

Today: a platform fee on each completed paid order, at one fee rate per partner type, and a Store fee on each Digital Store sale. Accounts are free. GP Operating System plans are in pilot and pricing is not set. The full fee table is shared in the investor meeting, and planned revenue lines are labeled as planned on this page.

What is the Digital Store?

gratefulprints.store sells digital products such as editable templates and design files. Customers pay online and download them, and the designer receives each sale minus a Store fee. It runs on the same platform as the app.

Is GP Operating System available now?

It is live in a private pilot with one partner print shop in Iligan City. It works as standalone business software and can connect to the marketplace. Three plans are defined (Start, Pro and Command); pricing and self-serve sign-up are not available yet.

Where do you operate?

Our partner network is concentrated in Iligan City, where we are building density first. We plan to add partner coverage one city at a time.

What stage is the company at?

Early. The product is built and processing real orders. The current focus is converting registered customers into first orders and growing partner supply. Verified figures are shared in the meeting.

Is Ask GP artificial intelligence?

Not today. Ask GP reads the customer's request, asks one follow-up question and shows up to three matching listings. We are exploring AI-assisted features and will label them clearly when they ship.

What is the legal entity?

Grateful Prints is the brand of Grateful Printing Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the DTI and the BIR in Iligan City and owned by founder Neil Saldia. Any investment structure, including the entity it requires, will be set with legal and accounting advisors before an agreement.

Is this page an offer to invest?

No. This page is for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security, and no returns are promised. Terms are only discussed privately.

How do I see deeper information?

Start with the Investor Room. Confidential material such as financial records is shared after an introductory meeting and, where needed, an NDA.
